I am the proud owner of this 1990 SSP Mustang, I purchased the vehicle from an individual in Oct. 2000 w/90,000mi on it for $4,000, to date I have approx. $15,000 invested, including purchase price. It currently has about 165,000 mi on it. The list of mods is long so here it goes. Kenny Brown suspension, it has just about everything Kenny Brown makes except the rear panhard bar and roll cage, but I'll get that sooner or later. Full compliment of Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, motor mounts, and tranny mount. Motorsport C springs and Koni red shocks and struts, Motorsport 17X8 4-lug 1995 Cobra R rims w/BFG g-force ta KDWS tires, 245/45-17front, 255/45-17 rear. Just last month I installed a new Ford crate engine 345HP alum.GT40X heads B303 cam. The induction consists of the Motorsport 70mm cobra mass air kit, 70mm MAF 24lb injectors, 65mm throttle body, reprogramed computer, port matched Cobra intake, and 190lph Cobra fuel pump. Electrical consists of Optima red top battery, Powermaster 140amp alternator, MSD pro-billet distriber and blaster coil, and reprogramed EEC-IV computer. A new Tremec T56 6-speed kit was installed last month also, which included tranny, King Cobra clutch, Steeda double hook quadrant, adj.cable, speedo cable, custom alum. driveshaft, and Kenny Brown crossmember relocation brackets, all from D&D Performance. The rearend is stock except for Motorsport 3.27 gears. The brakes are also stock. The interior has been restored with Corbeau seats and Simpson harness, new carpet, new headliner, and other parts from Late Model Restoration Supply, including billet locks,AC controls, and pedal kit from Steeda. About all that is left is the paint, as the body is straight and won't require too much body work, other then some fiberglass work on the roof where there is damage from the installation of the light bar. I also have a functional Motorola spectra radio as I work part time for the Sheriff's Office.
